"This company was easy to work with from start to finish. I called for an estimate and they were here to look at the property, the roof, and decide on the job particulars. We received the proposal with all of the particulars about the job and the total cost.. We chose Elmer's after having received four other proposals. On the day of the installation, six young men were there at 7 a.m. The entire squad worked eight hours and diligently finished the roof in one day. They were hard-working, very professional, and extremely pleasant to work with. Our property was meticulously clean on their departure. The roof is beautiful and we would highly recommend this company to anyone."

While the installation was being performed there were weather delays, and I was kept updated on when the work was going to be resumed. "This company was wonderful to work with right from the beginning (initially contacted through Angie's list on 8/15/14, estimate performed on 9/03/14, and work completed on 9/10/14).   There were a few hiccups in initial scheduling, but part of that was our fault (we weren't paying attention to the voicemail message providing us with a different phone number to call because they were having phone issues in the office).  Every single person we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.  They made us feel at ease about the work we were getting done.  <br /> Horizon's quality of work is excellent!  I realize that only time will tell, but so far we've had a couple of very heavy rains since the work was performed an no leaking has occurred.   The aluminum coating they put on the roof looks fantastic - and there are no paint splatters anywhere on the house from the coating.   The guys did a marvelous job of cleaning up after themselves too - we couldn't even tell they were here.  Most contractors I've dealt with, including other roofers, leave behind a giant mess to clean up - and worse, they leave nails behind for people to step on or drive over with their tires (why do contractors do that?)...   anyway, you don't have to worry about any of that with Horizon.  <br /> We are relieved to have a roofing company that is so experienced with flat roofs in Baltimore City.  Horizon Roofing, Inc. will be our permanent go-to company if/when we have any roofing issues in the future.   It is so wonderfully refreshing to receive such top notch, quality service that you can trust!  <br /> <br />"

Within an hour he presented us a quote right in our ballpark and three days later the work was complete. The installation team was as courteous and professional as the owner. "They put in a new slider for us a while back.  The previous storm door which had been custom made fell apart and had to be replaced way before it's time.  It was the same installation crew that put in the slider and they did a great job on the slider a year ago November and they did a very good job installing the new storm door. They were there on time.  Same crew as before and they were very good.  A very efficient crew, very pleasant and worked hard.  It was a very expensive door.  I decided this time I wasn't going to stint, since the last one turned out to be a giant fiasco.  Not that it was cheap, but it wasn't that expensive.  This time I went for a top of the line door & it is a lovely door.  I'm hoping that it's the last one I see until they carry me out of here feet first. They were good.  They were on time, they were efficient, they were pleasant and they answered my questions.  On price, I didn't do as much comparison shopping on that one.  I can't really say. I can't tell you yes or no about the price.  I really didn't do all due diligence in price, but in every other way they did a great job."
