"We signed up for Masters a year ago and requested lawn cutting service only. We were told we could only sign up for and subsequently pay for full lawn service including weeding and “full lawn care”. My husband emailed Masters, they came out promptly looked, said they would change the treatment and follow up to make sure the lawn improved. No one ever came back or followed up. Masters came today to provide the weekly service and our lawn looks bad.
