"Received 5 quotes for this big, expensive job. JL was not the cheapest, nor were they most expensive. I had used them previously and was overall pleased with their work, so I decided to use them again. I was not disappointed. The crew showed up on time and systematically took down the tree in less than a full day. I was impressed. Nothing on the property was damaged and this was a feat in itself as the tree removal was in the back yard and on a hill. The JL Team had to remove all of the tree limbs, cut the tree trunk into discs, split the discs, and then HAND CARRY out each piece of the tree trunk - down a slope with rocks and multiple stairs. Clean up was perfect - no complaints. The foreman on the job did a great job and was able to make a few minor adjustments on the fly for my pruning requests. They even stacked up a small amount of wood that I wanted to keep for firewood. Would recommend."

"Axcobar should be your first choice for tree cutting and removal. Their service was outstanding in every way. Melvin responded in person to my emergency call after the recent tornado (microburst) in Olney took out six of the large, old trees in my yard. One of the trees was hanging over the deck and threatened to create more damage to my house if not skillfully removed. Axcobar showed up with a fabulous crew and a couple of trucks with shredders attached. These folks worked tirelessly over two days to cut, shred, and remove the trees that fell and the ones that were damaged and still standing. In addition, they removed all of the broken branches, twigs, and assorted debris in the area. We can not say enough good things about this service. "AJ of Virginia tree and his crew did an excellent job They removed a row of bushes about 50 feet long that was beside a wooden privacy fence and ground out the stumps, and left cleared ground. Also, cut down 5 medium and 3 large trees. Cleared out about 20 to 30 feet of vines, undergrowth, sapling trees that was growing under those trees. It was so thick you could not walk through it. Ground out the stumps and about 25 existing stumps. Cleaned up all debris. We had several estimates, and price was extremely reasonable for the work done. Highly, highly recommend them. Superior work at a very reasonable price. Would use again if needed. Confident that they will do a great job"

"Envirogrow /Mulch Solutions residential lawncare provided poor customer care and lawncare services (mowing, mulch installation, incorrect leaf blower use) by: 1) invoicing for services I did not request. 2) invoicing for services I did not receive 3) providing an inconsistent quality of service For example: installing mulch only to later contaminate it by blowing grass clippings onto it which created grass seedlings on all installed mulch 5) taking 'slow to no' responsibility for service errors 6) insulting this customer's ability to pay when called to clarify services 7) invoicing required close review (latest charge is for another botched home service which is shown via photo collage - a) leaves blown against home, b) entangled in shrubbery, and c) piled against fence lines in lieu of curbside.) This company was hired via an Angi's (formerly Angie's List) referral."
