"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."

"He agreed a deck was something he could do, came over, made some measurements and was going to call me back within a week with estimates and dates, though he did tell me he had another job going so would not be able to start for a couple of weeks, or would start and have to come back later to finish, which was fine. He never called me back with the estimates. I gave it a couple weeks, then called him and left a message requesting a call with the estimates or at least to let me know if I needed to find someone else, and he never replied. I ended up having to find someone else to do the job and ended up having it done a couple of months later than I wanted since I was waiting to hear back from Emerald.
