"Great after talking to Mr Collins he suggested it was a GFI outlet issue. I didn't think there were any in the basement of my 100 yo house. He said he's come out after work. After we hung up I started checking and sure enough the whole string of outlets is on a several GFIs. I never noticed they were GFIs because they are all beige instead of red/black like the others. "They were delayed because of rain. That is totally understandable. <br /> The quality of work performed was very good, but the service after the sale was poor. <br /> Jon, the owner, was very responsive up until the end of the project and all money paid. <br /> The driveway and walkway came with a 5 year warranty for heaving. <br /> The second year we called Jaiden Landscaping several times in an effort to have them come back to correct/repair a few pavers that heaved. They finally responded. <br /> This year (we still have one more year remaining on the warranty), In early April, I started calling and e-mailing several times about pavers that had separated. All I wanted was to have them come back to put in more sand and re-set if needed. I spoke with Angela, the office person, at least 3-4 times. She assured me Jon would be in touch. At one point she also told me someone stopped by when I wasn't at home. They didn't see anything wrong. Why they didn't come when I was at home is beyond me. Well, finally I reached Jon on his cell. He promised he would stop by. It's now August. I've yet to see or hear from him. <br /> Out of frustration, I sent him another e-mail a few weeks ago. This time, I included pictures of what needed to be addressed. Still no response. <br /> Customer service after the sale, in my opinion, is non-existent with this company. He appears to be more concerned with making a sale then servicing after to be sure a customer's investment holds up. Jaiden will get no repeat business from us or recommendations to friends, etc. <br /> I rated Jaiden a and quot;Dand quot; for professionalism because of the poor responsive and customer service. <br /> We had a new patio with walkway installed this summer by another company. <br />"

"They came with the house kind of deal. The first time we dealt with them was October 2012. They just come out twice a year and sometimes three times if we have an issues with some of the sprinkler. They come out in the Spring to turn on the system. I don't even know but I may not use them to do that this year but just to check and make sure the plowed didn't ruin any of the sprinkler heads and they'll replace them. In the Fall, they come and blow all the water out of the system so that the pipes don't freeze. The house came with an irrigation system so now we have to have it serviced. The pricing is not bad unless you have sprinkler heads replaced. During the middle of the year when we had that patio put in last year, there was a sprinkler head right where the patio went. They had to come back afterwards, fix it and rebury it. Its was $40. We haven't found any other places around here that do it. Its not commong to have an irrigation system here. We don't have long dry hot Summer the way they do other places. I would use them again, we use them every year."
