He apologized for the poor follow up after the initial gutter installation and explained that due to rapid expansion of the business and some associated staffing and communication issues (which were being addressed and resolved), the problems I had repeatedly called about had fallen through the cracks. He offered to come and personally evaluate the problem, which he did the following morning. He listened carefully to my concerns, inspected the trouble spots, identified the installation issue (related to drip edge/gutter guard/gutter interface) then scheduled and completed repairs the following Monday. He assured me that if any other problems occur the gutters are guaranteed for 10 years. I am upgrading my previous review from one to four stars. I would recommend Gutter Junkies and would hire them again if needed."
