"Superb experience. I was really surprised at the volume of work Michael was able to do in a day! The quality of the work is good, and he is very personable, so it was pleasant to have him working in the house. He explained his work strategies before doing the work (i.e., showed me how he planned to fix the door hinge issue), was respectful of the cat and dogs, and worked solid the entire time. Very professional. I am already making my list for the next day of Honey Do. One thing to note, after I bought the deal, I was surprised to not receive an email or call from the company (thus the 4 rating on responsiveness), but as soon as I called them, they promptly got me scheduled. So it's probably good idea to plan on calling them to schedule."
