"This was a 5-star experience all around. The technician was prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. He suggested a fix and the price was appropriate. He already had the parts to fix the fireplace, so the work was completed same-day. He fixed the fireplace, cleaned out the enclosure, vacuumed all the debris from the work, and made sure it worked be4fore leaving. I would hire this company again for other tasks, no problem. "

"I have a hand woven, wool rug, that is incredibly challenging to keep clean, especially with dogs. I met with Charles, and he stated that this was something they could absolutely take care of.
