"I have done business with IOE for almost a decade and as I had them do more projects the more frustrated I became. It was a different and much better company under the original owner Bret. Since Cory has taken over, all he does is make the sell and send you the bill. When I have an issue, it will take him over a week to respond. In a recent project I hired IOE for was to replace my fence. The installers used too long of nails which came through on the neighbors side. My neighbor shared his concern for safety and when I contacted Cory, it took him 3 days to respond and longer than a week to resolve. I don't know if they have gotten too busy but when you spend money you expect them to respond especially when it is regarding safety. If you hire IOE here is what you can expect: expensive cost, long/poor response times and a laundry list of excuses from Cory. I would not recommend."

"Kirsch performed exactly as agreed. They said they could do a full garden makeover for our front entrance in 2 days and they did. New plants, new stone edgings, new plants, a low maintenance black rock base, landscape lighting to improve sidewalk safety and re-routing water sprinklers as needed resulted in a much needed change for the church. The crew was prompt, polite and put in a good day’s work each day. As an added bonus, they started on a second makeover project at another entrance by installing all new stone edging. This project will require some drainage changes and should be completed by summer. When all is finished, we are in discussions with Kirsch about handling on-going garden maintenance. The congregation has been very complementary of the change. It is low maintenance, very attractive and ties into the Kirsch Landscape design of the associated school on the property. This project not only provides a refreshing, uplifting welcome to visitors, it also helps minimize garden maintenance. "ABC states they are a Christian family owned business that cares about its customers but unfortunately I have experienced the opposite especially during a spouses life and death situation. We hired ABC to eradicate pest problems at 2 homes last summer. They completed the treatment at both homes and I signed up for the monthly warranty for $50.00 a month per home where they would come out every few months to recheck for pests. We were able to schedule 1 recheck but unfortunately my husband became ill, collapsing, becoming unconscious and turning blue 2 to 3 times a week requiring me call to call 911 and my husband being in the hospital coding blue twice. When ABC contacted me to schedule the next recheck, I explained that either my husband was too ill or hospitalized and we could not schedule at that time. My husband ended up being in the hospital all of January and passed away in February. The company again called to schedule and I explained that my husband had passed away and I could not function, much less think about scheduling a recheck. They said they sympathized with my situation but were cancelling my warranty on both homes because they had not been able to come back out since the first recheck. ABC didn't care that my husband had been in and out of the hospital 2-3 times a week and had passed away. I reached out to the customer service manager to only get a reply that they sympathized with my situation but it is stated in their warranty that they can cancel if they are not able to do their rechecks. They did not care that my husband of 37 years and I had been through h*** since last summer and he had just passed away. Not to mention that I am the one that should have been upset because of their lack of empathy especially claiming to be a Christian family owned business and continuing to pay $50.00 a month per home when I couldn't have them do the recheck. I never complained and fully understood my obligation to pay the warranty even though I couldn't have them come back out yet. To make matters worse, I explained on-line when I set the appointment that I couldn't see it online and needed a copy in person when they arrived. I didn't see or sign the contract, which was not printed out but on-line until the services were complete and the heat treatment lifted the new vinyl floor at one home and I still didn't complain. This company didn't care about their customer and refused to make an exception in this painful extenuating circumstance. I am very upset with their lack of empathy and understanding.""
