"Short version is All American Gutter Protection has not addressed warranty and install issues and has not to date resolved water flow issues or attempted to schedule a fix. They are requesting $750 more to address an issue not discovered at install. Water is flowing behind and over gutter guards during rainfall. All American Gutter Protection installed guards May 2022. Installers showed up without proper materials and had to reschedule. A long piece of gutter fell from 30 ft off the roof during install. The seams were not sealed as promised because of rainfall. New tech returned in October to seal seams. April 2023 hard rainfall showed failure of guards to allow rain to flow into gutters. Tech indicates (after 2 no show appointments) guards are covered with debris, clears guards of debris. Also states that gutters are set too high, shingles are too short and there is no drip edge on my roof thereby preventing rain from flowing into the gutter through the guard. Hard rainfall the following weekend after guards were cleared of debris showed same issues, water flowing behind gutters, over gutters, and seams are leaking. To date, a back and forth between JR Fells the NC install manager, and Michael who works at the national branch headquarters in Ohio have failed to try and schedule repairs for the issues found by the tech in April. They want me to pay $750 more for drip edge for their guards to function properly. Michael tells me I have a roof issue not a gutter issue. Michael says they are not roofers. At install, they replaced 2 pieces of facia, and want to install drip edge which is part of the roof. Michael claims all their installers are trained, but the original installers did not see the issues that would later be found by a different tech. Jr and Michael tell me they charge to clean the guards off, but at install I was told it would be done at no charge anytime I needed it done. Over the last almost 3 weeks, I have left multiple messages on customer service voicemail as no one has answered the phone, and my calls have not been returned in the 24 hour time period that the voicemailbox indicates they will be returned. Texts to JR Fells and Michael also go unanswered for days. Meanwhile, water continues to pour between the gutters and my home, not into the gutters, during multiple heavy rainfall events the past couple weeks."

"BUYER BEWARE! Brian Creech Roofing put a new roof on our house in September of 2015 after we had hail damage which our homeowners insurance paid for. We noticed about six months ago we had water leaking on our family room ceiling. It's been leaking for some time so my husband investigated and found the flashing came away from the corner of our chimney. (Never happened before in the twenty plus years we lived in this house.) The water leaked thru the wood, insulation then onto the ceiling. My husband called the owner Nov 30 2022 and the owner responded the next day. We sent him pictures of the water damage on our ceiling. On Dec 2nd Brian came out to investigate the roof, and ceiling. First thing he told my husband he didn't put this roof on because there were two different types of shingles. We presented our receipt with the date and warranty clearly written. He then looked at the water damage and stated he would be back to fix it. My husband texted and called the owner many times to let him know we got the materials he asked for and when would he return to fix the damage. We contacted Brian many times from Dec 2022 thru April 12, 2023. He never responded back to any of our communications. I guess the job is to small for him to take the time to honor his workmanship warranty. Long story short we initially didn't get what our insurance company paid for. Brian Creech Roofing doesn't honor their workmanship warranty and they try to cut cost's without the owner's knowledge. Their warranty is not worth the paper it's written on! We DO NOT recommend this company because they don't back up their warranty. Karen Van Kuren"

"Communications and scheduling were awful. Took forever and 7 calls to actually get them to send the quote. When I call they say Jorge will call back, he doesn't. Call him, and his voicemailbox is always full. Three times the roofers were scheduled to come and they never showed up, never called. Really regret using them. When the roofer finally showed up, he was a sub contractor that didn't really know what he was supposed to do. Felt bad for him, he had to bring his little boy who just wandered around my back yard while he worked on my roof. The actual work seems fine, it's the whole process of working with them that is awful. Can't figure out who they actually are, Findlay Roofing, Roof Roof, Mighty Dog Roofing? That was probably my first warning flag."
