They cut down some very large hollies and a large dead tree, and removed several large shrubs. They then replaced the shrubs with new ones that are much better suited for our house. "We called Rick and set an appointment for him to come out and a**** and advise us on our LR/DR lighting. We wanted to replace the old, insufficient lighting and can fixtures with new lights. He arrived promptly and we discussed our needs. Rick recommended adding track lighting to the beams in our vaulted ceiling and removing the old canned lights. Since we could not envision how the final product would look and perform we had to put our trust in Rick's experience and we are glad we did! Mark and Mike arrived on time to complete our project. They worked non-stop and did a beautiful job. We now have track lighting that runs the length of two of the ceiling beams and provides plenty of light for reading and other tasks and is on dimmer switches. They placed the light switches in a much more convenient location than the old switches. They took care to angle each light perfectly towards seating in our LR and DR and highlight the rock wall of our fireplace. They were very careful with the flooring and furniture and cleaned up completely. <br /> <br /> We spent a couple of months with our new track lights to make sure we were happy with them before deciding what to do with the old cans and lights. Mark stopped by on his way home one day to try out a new type of can and be sure it fit. In the end, I painted the old trim to match the new ceiling color. We decided to remove the arms and get bulbs that were flush mounted with the ceiling/trim. While Mike was here on another job (see my report dated 7/28/11) he removed the old arms from the canned lights, installed the trim and new bulbs. <br /> <br /> Although there were some email communication issues between us and Rick we are very happy customers! We have used him on another much larger job and will continue to recommend his services. Rick and his team of electricians are super nice people who are experienced, professional and trustworthy."

"Slava was very responsive to my initial call and after hearing the description of the problem over the phone seemed to know exactly where to begin. Whenever it was raining and some underground wiring and a yard light was getting wet, it was causing a GFCI outlet to trip. Unfortunately, that outdoor lighting was on a single circuit which also controlled numerous other outdoor lights, outlets and worst of all, my indoor bathroom electrical outlets throughout the house. Because it's an older home, initial wiring was added to over the years for additional outdoor lights and fixtures, so this complicated things. <br /> Slava arrived already having purchased the parts he needed for the job which also saved time and money. After assessing exactly how to fix the entire circuit and taking the time to explain it all to me, he gave me a price which seemed reasonable and then proceeded with the repairs. He worked efficiently and methodically and was done very quickly having everything he needed to complete the job. He had to make some cuts in the wood siding around two new outlets he placed, but this was done very neatly and he cleaned up everything nicely. Now all of my lights and outlets are working independently so if one should develop a problem, I won't lose power in numerous lights and outlets throughout the yard and house all at once. <br /> I am glad to know I now have a reliable and knowledgeable electrician on whom I can call for any future problems I will inevitably have with my old house. <br />"
