After a pipe burst caused damage to our home in January 2024, we contracted with Pisgah for repairs. What followed was a 10-month ordeal marked by: -Five months just to finalize the initial estimate, while our home continued to suffer water damage -Multiple unanswered calls and emails -A four-month delay between paying the 50% deposit and work beginning -Incomplete work followed by payment demands -Final repairs completed only after extensive follow-up The construction crews were professional and their workmanship was solid. However, the company's poor communication, disorganization, and apparent lack of urgency made this a frustrating experience. "
