"Superb experience! Greg provided an education along with the estimate and each team that has come out to place the generator, wire the generator, and complete the install (after the propane gas hook up) has been terrific -- professional, courteous, wearing masks per CDC and Virginia guidelines. The installation, (generator, transfer switch, panel and status lights) are all finished to a T and look great, too!"

"Steve from Cody Malone was phenomenal. Not only did he expertly install new lighting (heavy stuff, too!) but offer clever suggestions on how to add new wiring to install a new light over our kitchen stove, install new wiring and new light over our fireplace, add new wiring for a new outdoor light on our deck, and install new outdoor landscape lighting. Oh, he also repair/replaced our fluorescent lights in our basement that were intermittently going on and offer. I would hire Steve in a heartbeat for any electrical job. He really knows his stuff and his pricing was fair if not the best for the fantastic job that he did."

"Habib is a professional electrician with years of experience in the field. He is not only fair and trustworthy but also highly skilled in handling all kinds of electrical tasks, from simple repairs to complex installations. He is great in wiring, troubleshooting, and upgrading electrical systems. I will acknowledge his punctuality, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality work. Highly recommended."

"J&M Electrical did an outstanding job of installing a home backup generator. When the gentleman came out to do the onsite inspection and provide me with the results and options, it was a no pressure sales approach. He walked me through the entire process that was used to determine what size generator I would require in the event of a power failure. When he had left the house that evening it was not with an ultimatum of “You must let us know right away, or in the next 72 hours” type approach. In this case it was more along the lines of “Think it over and we are glad to have been able to present our product” Once we decided to have the generator installed the communication from the front office in regards to what was required from me and what the contractor would provide was excellent. Scheduling was easy and all that was discussed was provided on time and with no exceptions. The work crew was on time and cleaned up upon completion of the installation. Overall an outstanding experience and I would recommend them to anybody looking to have a backup home generator installed."

"Showed up on time and fixed 3 electrical issues and added an outdoor outlet as well. They showed me the issues and walked me through repairs and pointed out a couple of minor compliance issues that were easy fixes. Overall, they were professional and thorough with my repairs. Good work and very fair pricing. I would definitely rehire them!"

"Bill was amazing from start to finish! He arrived on time and got to work assessing the situation and fixed my dryer - he even discovered an error from the previous repair! If you’re looking for a professional Bill is your man. I will continue to work with Bill regarding my repair needs in the future."
