During the first installment, there was a window that needed correction and this was done immediately. There have been problems with the doors and their correction was also done immediately. No other company was ever considered during our replacement adventure. We have been totally pleased with the product, installers and those who were called in to make the necessary corrections. We wanted this company to do all of this work so we could enjoy the product and the product would be a item for a good resale value."

"Trent and his crew truly surpassed all of my expectations! I had them replace my wood siding with vinyl, install new flooring in my kitchen, laundry room, and all bathrooms, install new toilets and vanities, paint, install new cabinet fronts and hardware and replace and repair my fro teal Beau and steps.. They actually built the cabinet doors (shaker style) to save us money and they are gorgeous! Trent has a sharp eye for detail and doesnâ t miss a detail. His pricing is fair and he got us a quote quickly. Their work is top notch - but what really sets them apart is the service. Trent stayed in contact with me so I always knew what their plans were. "I am very pleased with the entire process, from ordering the new door and storm door to installation. The products that were delivered were custom even by their standards as my wife had the salesperson flipping back and forth through the catalog to mix and match all sorts of options! He was extremely pleasant and the price quoted was the price. It seems high, but if they stand behind the "lifetime of the house" warranty, it is worth it. The product that was installed is high quality and I am pleased with the installation. Santiago took time out to explain things to me and make sure I was satisfied at completion. "I have mixed feelings about this job. The company was extremely patient with the scheduling changes I needed to make because of health issues. However, mode of communication was an issue. Kept calling a cellphone, not in regular use, instead of the landline or the preferred e-mail. Installation was timely, as we had the ice storm soon after, it was also a one-man job and I was amazed at the job he did. He was very professional always measuring twice and sometimes more than that before cutting anything, as despite all the measurements done, the inside core of the door frame needed to be trimmed for the unit to fit. Not sure if that is why once it warmed up, first one-side and now the other side, is not a tight as when originally installed. The also is now an issue with the interior frame, the mitered seam at the top of the door has separated. Another issue was this door was supposed to share a key with the front door as both were Schlage locks and can be rekeyed. A copy of the key was provided prior to the job. This did not happen, nor did the copy come back the day of the install, had to wait for it to be mailed to me. The company tried to rectify both problems, the loosening and they key issue, but not happy with their solutions, as one requires me to complete the job, the other is aesthetic... lack of symmetry, no longer smooth frames on both sides . I like the product's overall appearance, and would repeat the business to ensure uniformity, but given the price, I did expected better. Also would not advise using Mosaic, their finance group. I have issues with a company that mails their statement 4-days after the payment is due, even if 12-months same as cash."

He did this very quickly, despite having to climb over furniture and enter tight spaces to place the contacts. I was astounded when after he finished, he sat down and gave me a full tutorial on using the system. He showed me all of it's capabilities, and answered my many questions . I could not believe how much easier and more up to date this security system was to use than my old one. I have had many, many technicians in my home from the prior system, but absolutely none were as knowledgeable, personable, efficient or professional as Larry. He would not leave until I was comfortable, and even then advised me to call if I needed anything or had more questions. He was amazing.!!! A few days after my system was installed, I triggered a false alarm. The monitoring station called right away and did not hang up until assured that all was well. I did not have to wait or try to call them and get put on hold like with my old system. I only wish that I had more houses for them to install their system into, but since I don't, I plan to refer them to everyone that I know. 1st Security is affordable, state of the art and comprehensive. They are honest with no fine print that you have to worry about! I sincerely appreciate Jeremy and Larry and sleep so much better because of them . Thank you 1st Security!!!"
