"I called and talked with Sue for pick up. Scheduled for the following day. I was assured on the phone that if the truck that arrived, was not big enough for the complete removal that another would be available to complete. Upon arrival the next day, the driver told me he couldnâ t take the material because he would not be able to pick up the next customers material. Hmmmmmmâ ¦.. Iâ m not a customer? Other customers take priority over what I hired them for? The driver told me I would get a call from sue later on in the evening to reschedule. Never got a call. Didnâ t get a call in the am the next day either. I called the office and left them a message. I was nice enough to let them know that I was no longer in need of their service, since I had another company take my material. A Plus Junk Removal will never get a call from me again. Their 48 hour pick up guarantee is a complete joke. I am mad that I had wasted all that time waiting on them only to be told my money wasnâ t that important to them. Customer service is completely backward."
