"I was told it would only take 30 minutes from the receptionists and when the surveyor arrived he advised me it would take 2-3 hours. The surveyor advised that he would have to drive around to look out utilities to confirm for the address and would be around. I was working from home throughout the time and needed to return to work and by noon I look outside and the surveyor was not there. I figured he was looking around at utilities, grabbed lunch or was using the bathroom. I called the company at 1pm and asked where he was and they advised me that he already drove back. I had questions to ask him in person about the property and did not want to follow him around that whole time but figured as a courtesy he would tell me he is done and if I had any questions. Other than that they did well."
