"Dale was simply great to work with. So far I've hired him for five different projects this year alone. (2025) 1.) Remove and replace the entire back deck and staircase. On time and done in three days! 2.) Chalk and fill wood areas on the new deck and then painted it. Primer paint first and then two coats of paint. My back deck is second to none! 3.) Front porch: Chalk and fill wood areas that needed it, replace rotten wood and then primer paint/ two coats of paint. It looks awesome! 4.) Remove and replace three doors. The front door and two French doors downstairs. Perfect installation, no more drafts and all doors are air tight! 5.) Electricity installation to my 10 X 20 shed. (Man Cave electricity!) I cannot tell you how happy I am with Dale and his staff. On time, on budget, fair pricing and quality work. He did an excellent job, he did things for me over the years. He became my personal friend. He is also the first and only man to fix the leak on my roof. "Pretty well. There were a few things I did not like so downrated them. Understand that I really like the people I just found that he had cut the 1/4 round incorrectly and had changed the plans for the utility room without consulting me. I don't like her space planning at all. I'm better at it than she. there were so many things done that it is hard to rate because most were quite good. It is just that some were terrible and none were great."
