They look much nicer than my old windows, working well beyond my initial expectations on the first heating bill. The trim work was flawless. Danny and the crew were courteous and clean. The office staff was also very helpful. <br /> <br /> They completed my roof a year ago, just finished up with my windows, and just I will be calling them back in the future for new siding and gutters. "Very professional and prompt. Had some shingles blow off with the 1st storm after roof was put on and Jack's Roofing employee was right here replacing those shingles very promptly. They just hadn't had a chance to "set" yet. There was nothing wrong with the applying of the roof. I would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone who needs his services."

"<p>First they came and measured and asked questions and viewed the damage. Then they sent an estimate which was actually lower than we expected. Since this was a repair of someone else's work I did not think they would be too interested in doing this job. Their normal work includes commercial as well as residential and they were accustomed to doing large jobs. In comparison this was pretty small potatoes. They were as professional as if they were bidding on an entire roof. The crew that arrived were kind, professional and cleaned up their work space. I was very well pleased and would ask them back again if I needed them. I would also recommend them - residential or commercial. They are fully bonded, licensed & insured. "We had a great feeling from the moment we met John during our consultation and, even though Promax was a little more expensive then our other options, we chose Promax because John was just as excited about the project as us and we knew we would get great quality.  The original estimate for completion was three weeks, but it took two weeks and two days.  The last two days were only needed due to a design decision delay on my end.  If I had made a decision earlier, I feel confident all of the work would have been completed in 2 weeks.  <br /> Promax does most of the work themselves, but they do sub-contract for some of their services.  Geno was in charge of our project and he did an excellent job communicating when people would be here and any changes/updates that needed to occur.  Every single person who came to our house was friendly and professional.  Everyone cleaned up after themselves and they dealt really well with our two cats and our two small children, who were here for the last two days of work.  <br /> Promax is not necessarily the least expensive option, but I believe that you get what you pay for and the quality of work that we have is amazing.  We get so many great comments on everything that has been done and we have a lot of people ask us for contact information.  I am hard pressed to find one piece of the renovation that is my favorite, but the 7 foot wide barn door that Promax built and installed is truly stunning and quite the masterpiece of our basement.  <br /> I would most definitely recommend Promax to anyone who needs renovations done and when we plan any work in the future, I know exactly who we will call first."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
