"I lived in this house for 20+ years. The basement was always damp and at some points flooded. Since the work was done, the basement has been bone dry for 2+ months. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it as I'm so used to the basement being wet when it rains. I'd recommend them to anyone. The crew, headed by Philip, truly worked their butts off. "We coordinated with BJ to have the work done while we were on vacation. That way when we returned we could drive on the newly coated driveway. Not being there I was concerned with the quality of work. I didn't have to worry. The coating on the drive was just what BJ said it would be, the sides of the drive were finished beautifully, the spots on the drive that needed extra work were finished just as good. I couldn't be happier. It was well worth the price!! You can see by the quality of work this will last several years. "Access did an excellent, professional job. We chose Access because, even though they cost a bit more than other estimates we obtained, they acted as something close to general contractors. They took care of obtaining and scheduling electricians and plumbers, for example. Their knowledge of the type of work that we needed and the nature of our problem was impressive, and the owner was willing to spend the time to carefully explain the problem and the proposed cure. We had a water remediation system installed with a pump and marine battery backup. The work crew was totally professional. They knew exactly what to do and explained what they were doing. The interruption of our household was kept to a minimum. The job was begun and completed on time. This was an impressive company who was worth every penny that we paid.
