"First let me say, they were not the least expensive contractor I talked to. They were one of the three that called back after initial Angi's list contact. They are the ones I felt most comfortable with hiring. A few bumps and oopsies at the start, between getting materials and scheduling but nothing approaching deal breaking. Either thru a miss understanding, or a realization of what looked professional, my stair rails are much better than originally planned, because he placed baluster shoes on both the top and bottom of each baluster instead of just the bottom as planned. This gentleman is meticulous in his work, and is also very proud of the work he does, and it SHOWS. If you contract with Requin, ask for Ivan and his crew for your job and then ask Ivan for Jose. (Ivan you need to give him a raise!) So today May 4, they will be over to hopefully finish a few small remaining items. If the rain holds off. I would definitely contract with REQUIN again, and am in fact already considering a couple future projects. Probably won't even worry about a bidding process."
