"I am very pleased with the finished job although I had to correct the contractors twice during the job. The contractors made the changes as requested and as written in the contract. I had requested a "hidden edge" in the contract and the contractors had installed a less expensive and not as aesthetically pleasing concrete edge. They took up the concrete edge and replaced it with the "hidden edge." The other correction that had to be made was an area where some of the original pavers had been taken up at one time and were not replaced in the original configuration. So, when it came time for the contractors to work on that area they relayed the pavers in the altered configuration. Again, the contractors made the change. Now, the patio is once again in the original condition as designed and constructed. I should mention I stained the pavers once the work was completed because I had pavers that didn't match color wise, were different thicknesses, and have different textures. I am also pleased with the price because other quotes came in higher. I should add that I completed a college degree in architecture and a certificate in construction from a vocational technical school."

The work was completed in a timely fashion and there was always communication. His crew is fantastic they are fast, efficient and meticulous. They take real pride in their work. They always clean up after each day and are courteous. We LOVED our driveway so much we hired them again 4 weeks later to redo our pool patio & pool. This time we selected travertine. Again the project was stellar. The travertine looks amazing! They installed new pool skimmer tile, and managed the resurfacing/diamond brite portion as well. We could not be happier. "Eloy and his team are great. The guys working on our project were Elbin, William, and Angel. They put up with my bothering (I work from home was curious about the process) without any complaint. The finished project looks ever better than we would have imagined and we receive compliments on it constantly. Eloy and his term overlayed our concrete pool deck and front patio with 1 inch remodel pavers. The model of pavers is Stonehurst and the color was Autumn Blend. Additionally, they removed the existing pool coping and replaced it to match the new pavers and built a garden box with blocks that also matched the new pavers. Everything looks fantastic. After the work was complete we found a couple pavers that had come loose due to a new pool fence being installed or hadn't adhered to the concrete correctly around the edge. I called Eloy and they came out to repair the pavers right away. These guys are professionals and exceptionally easy to work with. i couldn't be happier. To be honest, they weren't the cheapest option (they were about the middle of the other quotes I received), but I liked Eloy and I trusted him and his company from our first meeting. Also, they are very busy but I've always been able to reach Eloy when I need him."

"I was very satisfied with Anderson Landscaping. I called them because of a flood I had suffered during recent heavy rains. The property did not have a proper drainage system due to its low elevation. Tod Anderson came out and quickly started troubleshooting and coming up with a multi-faceted approach toward mitigating future flooding issues. After the plan was designed and approved, the project started within a week. Every day, the landscapers would show up right on time and work meticulously throughout the day. Tod would appear on site several times to check on the project and make continued suggestions for the best solution possible. He understood that landscaping was secondary to flood mitigation - and I very much appreciated his care and understanding of my problem. At several points throughout the project, I would notice areas that I figured I would have to go in and clean up or tweak. However, the landscapers always noticed those spots far before I even had to bring it up. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and care. I have already recommended them to another friend in need of a landscaper and would recommend them again."

"Much of the original brick coping around a large in ground swimming pool had to be repaired because it had come loose over many years. New bricks were not available so the old bricks had to be removed and cleaned of old grout and mortar. The pool ledge also had to be cleaned and leveled before the bricks could be reset with new mortar and grout. This was a major and difficult repair. The owner Brendan did most of the work himself and did it well. I was impressed with the quality of the work and also with his integrity and honesty. It was a pleasure working with him and his original estimate for this complex job was right on. I strongly recommend this company for other projects."
