"I hired him and gave him 50% down payment ($2500). I had to wait for 2 months for him to begin. Once he started, it took him 2 weeks. It is a very small space. I paid and then, I noticed that grass (he called it sage) was coming out of where he had just installed the aritificial turf. He said that I should pull it out and put something on that would kill the sage. I said that could not that, because I am allergic to that stuff. But, he said that he good do it. That was the start of the problem. He promised he would come out to do it. After several appointments (and many times of rescheduling), he didn't show up until 2.5 months had gone by. I finally had to have my son get involved, which caused him to finally do the spraying for the sage problem."

"We needed some landscaping done after finishing some outdoor plumbing problems. I contacted several Landscaping Designers and contracted with Pristine Landscapers to complete the job. I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value.
