Nick came that day and although he did not have a new hook that day he closed the skylight for me (2nd floor 15-20 feet up) for no charge and said he would be back the next day to repair the closing mechanism. As it turned out, my skylight glass was actually cracked and had been for some time. nick gave me a price to repair the open/close mechanism and replace the glass. He asked for no money upfront (very unusual these days). He came the next day (arrived on time - also very unusual these days) went up on the roof, took out the old glass, put in the new glass and repaired the open/close mechanism. Within 40 minutes I had a beautiful new skylight with a 5 year warranty. I would HIGHLY recommend Nick and this company."

"Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy.
