"Excellent Experience – Highly Recommend company. I had a great experience working with this drafting company. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. A special shoutout to Collin Kelsch and Rosa Chatwin for their outstanding cooperation and attention to detail throughout the project."

"The work Erdelyi associates did is great, but communication and timeliness were lacking. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact throughout the project - it just seems my project was handed off from one person to the next with no continuity and I had to proactively reach out for updates."

"Very responsive, highly detailed, and the quality of the plans was great. He also gave some advice on how to approach certain unconventional elements of our design."

"A through and through professional, Pablo was on time, meticulous and knew the permit needs, but most importantly he was always available to consult and clarify...very responsive on email, text or phone. I enjoyed working with him and will definitely use him again as well as recommend him."

"Jeromes extensive experience with business TI projects made him the perfect choice for our needs. Hiring him was one of the best decisions we could have made. His exceptional skill, combined with his genuine kindness and honesty, truly set him apart. Culver City presents its fair share of challenges, particularly with the citys responsiveness, but Jerome and his team went above and beyond. They consistently communicated with the city on our behalf, advocating tirelessly to expedite the permit process and relieve so much of the stress on our end. Jerome dedication and professionalism are unmatched, and his commitment to his clients is evident in every step of the process. If you are looking for an architect with top-tier expertise who truly cares about his clients success, look no further. Jerome is simply the best!"

"We did a full remodel of our place, full new kitchen, and expanded our place into the backyard for a new master suite. Pac Sands did a really great job with our designs. Great tools that made the communication easy with the plans and changes we needed. And they handled the engineering and permitting too, which was great. Highly recommend."
