I will typically have two people on a job site at one time, depending on the size of the job. I do not have any sub-contractors on my payroll. Although I do have a list of contractors in other fields that I would recommend for a job if it is out of my licenses spectrum. Payment is due upon completion of project at hand. I will accept cash, check (60.00 return fee), and credit cards (Visa, Master card, American Express, and Discover) as payment for work done.
