"It is rare for me to find a contractor that easily grasps the vision I have for a project. I contacted Jayson as I was hoping a company named "Creative Living Painting" would get my unusual idea. They did not disappoint! They are not just contractors, but artists who truly brought out the character of my home. Since I knew the wood was far too old to stain and too expensive to replace, I wanted to do repair and then faux stain using paint and gel stain--a technique I had done myself inside on a small scale. Jayson knew exactly what I was talking about and did some experimenting to see what technique would work best given the large area that had to be covered. His process was far better than mine, and Joaquin's artistry truly shines. The entire painting team: Breynard, Joaquin, and Victoria are all masters of their work! The stucco repair was flawless, the attention to detail is unmatched, and above all, they're just super nice people! "Jon and his crew did excellent work.  They were here before 8AM on all but the last day, including Saturday. The house needed extensive care, as it had not been painted since I moved in 14 years ago. I had had some repair work done on the house by other contractors  (carpentry and stucco) so it was mostly ready for paint prep work and painting when the  Anytime crew arrived. It took them 6 days, ending on 8/5/2014,, though the last day was only a half day as all they had left to do on that day was the deck floor and some minor touch-up. I chose the colors, and had a hard time deciding on the paint between Behr and Dunn-Edwards.  Jon recommended the latter. I paid separately for the paint but Jon ordered it and had it delivered (a contractor can get a MUCH better price than an individual can). The price shown here was for everything, including labor and paint. And this involved, in most areas, either primer and paint or two coats of paint. I chose colors very close to what was already on the house.  <br /> The only issue was that the crew didn't speak much English.  Jon did, but was only here briefly each day. But that produced no serious problems--I e-mailed Jon a few times when he was not here and he took care of my concerns and recommendations. I'd use them again (and probably will). <br />"

"Highly recommend Home 2 Renovate. Communication from the scoping process all the way to completion/project sign off was excellent, they always kept me informed with next steps and were very accurate with their timeline. They actually estimated 2-4 days for the project, but finished in ONE. So amazing! Also everyone at H2R was a pleasure to work with and generally be around - George, Ryan, Kyle, the workers, were all fantastic. Definitely not your typical Southern California shady contractor. All the experiences I've had with contractors (taking 2-3x as long as originally scoped out, charging more at the end, late workers or no shows) was exceeded, and H2R truly set a very high, new bar for reasonable pricing, communication, general knowledge, and punctuality. Go with them, you will not regret it!"
