"Fantastic work! Initial exterior painting in 2011 was done flawlessly and still looks good except that the front of my home acquired some water damage due to improperly installed gutter. Mr. Lee was very helpful in identifying the problem. He also gave some excellent suggestions regarding water stains and pooling on my property. After getting the water problems fixed, I went ahead and had House Painting repaint the front of my house, and touch up some interior areas. The crew was fantastic for both jobs. There was a very professional foreman, Johnny, who was there every day. He went over the plans and the progress each day. For both exterior and interior, the crew was meticulous in protecting surrounding areas from dust or paint and for the clean up. These are professionals who take their time to prep surfaces properly and let them dry before painting. Could not be more pleased in all aspects of their work and will certainly call upon this company for any painting in the future."

Whether by call or text, I never waited more than an hour for a response. Dream Painting is lucky to have someone like Roberto representing them. He treated me like I was his only client and genuinely acted like he owned the company. I got five quotes before starting this project. Price is always a factor when it comes to something as major as painting the entire exterior of your home. But from my first interaction with Paul and Claire, I had a feeling this company was different—and I was 100% right. Not only did they pressure wash and thoroughly prep the entire home, but they also used top-of-the-line Dunn-Edwards paint. To my surprise, their quote actually came in as the lowest of the five. My wife and I absolutely love the final result. We will never use anyone else for painting—Dream Painting is our go-to from now on, and we’ll specifically be asking for Roberto. "The large paint crew came early and finished my one story house by 4pm. They painted the stucco, trim, siding and gates. The work was neat and professional, and the crew polite and cooperative. Jame's price was excellent and lower than the other two estimates I obtained. My house looks wonderful!!"

"Jon and his crew did excellent work.  They were here before 8AM on all but the last day, including Saturday. The house needed extensive care, as it had not been painted since I moved in 14 years ago. I had had some repair work done on the house by other contractors  (carpentry and stucco) so it was mostly ready for paint prep work and painting when the  Anytime crew arrived. It took them 6 days, ending on 8/5/2014,, though the last day was only a half day as all they had left to do on that day was the deck floor and some minor touch-up. I chose the colors, and had a hard time deciding on the paint between Behr and Dunn-Edwards.  Jon recommended the latter. I paid separately for the paint but Jon ordered it and had it delivered (a contractor can get a MUCH better price than an individual can). The price shown here was for everything, including labor and paint. And this involved, in most areas, either primer and paint or two coats of paint. I chose colors very close to what was already on the house. 
The only issue was that the crew didn't speak much English.  Jon did, but was only here briefly each day. But that produced no serious problems--I e-mailed Jon a few times when he was not here and he took care of my concerns and recommendations. I'd use them again (and probably will).

"The gutter replacement and the exterior paint went well. The work was done within the timeframe as discussed. I was very pleased with how it came out and the team (led by Nathan Rabinovitch) was responsive with my calls and texts whenever I had questions. There was delay with creating a door access to the backyard but it was due to permit issues. Once the permit was approved, everything went smoothly. I will hire them again for future projects."
