The other guys warranty usually lasts until your check clears. Each job is different and are based on labor charges with material costs to be added. Materials are not marked up. The customer pays only for the materials that are used. Any unused materials are either left with the customer or returned to our vendor. If materials are returned to our vendor, the customer is given the credit for those returned items and are not charged for any of it. In most situations, we do not ask for any money up front. Consultations are with the homeowner before, during and after any job. We do not use subcontractors on any of our work. "Two techs from Invisible Fence came out and were friendly, efficient and professional. The job was done well and in less time than forecast. I had called 811 on Monday to mark all the underground cables (the installation was on Friday), but only the water people showed up. No one else showed up by Friday. Apparently more lead time was needed. The Invisible Fence guys said that it was not a problem since their wire was not buried deeply, and thus not should not interfere with existing buried lines. My dog was familiar with an electric collar system, so the training requirements for him were less than if he did not have such prior experience. All in all, it was a good installation. We will see how the future support goes, but it has started well."

"We spent $13,000 on a PVC fence and it keeps falling. He poured about 1/3 of the cement in the holes to hold the fence! After complaining about it Marks response was “I filled the holes all the way up”. But he did not otherwise our fence would not continue to fall! Our entrance gate is crooked and broken as well. He said he would come back to fix it and fill the holes with cement but he never came back after several attempts to reach him."

"Communication was great. The house is tall and on a hill. We talked to 3 different companies about doing the work. One company chose not to do it because the house is tall and sits on a hill. Of the other two companies, Total Construction had the best estimate and the people were so nice. I'm so glad they came out to do the work. Each day they cleaned up behind themselves and made it easy for my family to live in the home even though the work was being done. Everything looks so nice now. I know some of my neighbors will be using this company now because they loved watching the work & the outcome!! Great Company!!! Highly recommended!!"
