Once we decided to proceed, vendor's employee arrived at designed time to remove door and replace with a temporary. We were told the work would take 1 week, and it did. We got a call on the morning of the day door was to be returned, and the employee arrived at the appointed time. The quality of the work was excellent. "Its an lady's company. She came out and got the estimate, and the next day or so the man came out to install it. I was worry about the rod, because it was an older garage, and we couldn't find any remote controls. He gave us remote controls, and said it would line up. He was good with what he did. He updated what needed to be done. She did good on every question. She was there a little bit early. Maybe not too early. It wasn't she was waiting for thirty minutes, but she was there a couple of minutes. She was waiting for me to put my dog's up. She was very professional. She didn't act like a male at all. She acted like a feminine lady. She was the owner. We tried to use her again, and she face-time the walk through for free. She told him what button to push. It had been a while for them to come out. There was just one guy. I failed to put my dogs up. He did whatever it was in a short amount of time. He answered all the questions. Whatever it was for the price, he did great. Its still working. He walked me through the remote controls too. It was a Saturday, and it was a window of time for that particular time. He was there when he said he was going to be there."
