Had the estimate quoted back in June and at the time, the work was scheduled for November but got a call saying they had a cancellation and would I be amenable to having the work moved up to this week. When Marcio and Nick arrived the first day, Marcio took a look at the brick my wife and I selected and suggested a better color match that what we had picked out ourselves. He said "my name's on the project" and he felt that the color we picked would contrast too much with the existing painted brick. He drove to the brickyard a few miles away, picked up the new brick, and returned the others. He was right! The color he picked out matches much better. I greatly appreciated a craftsman who takes pride in his work. It was very hot for the two days they worked but everything looks great. They took care not to damage the landscaping around the chimney and thoroughly cleaned up after they finished. Couldn't have asked for a better experience."

"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."
