During the six weeks Sam worked to remodel our kitchen, I felt increasingly trusting of his skills. His staff likewise, were friendly, courteous, responsible and skilled. I really appreciated having a day by day itinerary of what to expect, as well as full awareness of our costs at the point of contract-signing and throughout the project's evolution. Sam checked-in daily to assess whether all work was to our satisfaction, and was helpful and encouraging with the selections we made during the kitchen remodel. The company adhered to a tight schedule without missteps. I also had our ceilings refinished in two rooms, new lighting installed, stair-railing refinished, a front door set stained and installed, a bathroom painted with plumbing repairs done and the installation of a toilet. With each completed project, new work was requested due to the fine results we experienced. "So many of the kitchen remodel companies require you to use different companies for tear out, electrical work (under cabinet lighting, etc.), plumbing, sheetrocking, cabinet install, counter/backsplash install, etc. Having to coordinate all of these groups is time consuming and challenging. Regal Bath & Kitchens did it ALL for us. This kept us "on schedule" and they completed the job in the timeframe they said they would. So impressed with all the skills many of their workers have which allows for less downtime waiting for the sheetrockers, etc. to do their part. We highly recommend Regal. They were professional, timely (that's a big one!), efficient, knowledgeable, kept us informed, hard working folks who were a joy to work with. They do first-class work for a fair price.
