"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"Absolutely recommend Jax Furniture Refinishing & Upholstery. They reupholstered 4 dining room chairs to perfection. Customer service is awesome (thank you Suzanne). Reupholstery was done with an expert eye to detail. Notes: I emailed and filled out online forms for an estimate to several other companies. Only Suzanne responded and did so right away. Once we made contact she never ghosted me, even after they had my chairs in-house. I delivered my chairs. They made it very easy and efficient. They also recommended that the fabric I provided would not work well on my chairs. I worked with Suzanne on picking out new fabric (free fabric samples). The chair reupholstery is incredibly professional. The chair edges and folds around the arms are perfect with no bunching. The underside of the chair is even finished cleanly. I just could not be happier and intend to have my bedroom armchair done by them next.
