What I appreciate the most about Hutchins Landscaping is their subject matter expertise with their products and services. They really know what they're doing - and do things the "right way". They are also responsive despite being quite busy. If there is an issue with irrigation (cut line for example), they come out quickly to fix the problem. They also squeezed us in on a special request for additional backyard lighting that we wanted for our daughter's wedding that was forced to our house due to COVID-19. Questions we had about the estimate were quickly answered also and scheduling was very quick. Scott came to do our install and to check the installation of the lighting at night. He was very patient with us to entertain our questions/ requests to adjust the lighting and see how additional lights might look. I had all of them out to go over ideas for the design and listened to their ideas and gave mine too. Spence has been doing this longer than all of them - and you can tell. He is the only company who does not do the free demos at night.. But he assured me that he doesn't have to! He was completely right. His ideas and confidence where exactly the lights should go was spot on and he was very confident.. All the others seemed to be unsure what will look best and tended to ask me what I wanted instead. Nitelites were also the best I price - which is amazing because they are the best I quality. Everyone has said how amazing the lights look. "Everything during my scheduled repair visit went great. Corey was amazing. He was super friendly and fast. He correctly diagnosed and repaired my flickering bathroom lights by replacing the light switch. He didn't try to get me to buy any additional services or repairs - which is so refreshing. I also asked him about several other electrical things I would like done around my house - like new light fixtures, moving a smoke alarm, and adding a light switch for the attic. He took a look at all of my requests and gave me great feedback and suggestions. I will definitely be calling Sloan Service Company in the future for the projects I discussed with Corey."
