I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. "I'll start by saying that Jofmar (Jose and team) delivered well beyond my expectations. I reached out to Jofmar with a few large hardscape projects after long effort to try and find someone that was professional, on time and and cared to do the work. Overall my experience was very pleasant. Victoria graciously helped me with estimates, explained the process well to understand what is involved for each project and then Jose and his team delivered on the product. The first of two projects just finished up -I had stacked stone garden walls built around all my mulched beds. The attention to detail was a delight to see and I can't wait to finally refresh my garden beds. I want to call out that Jose and team really love the work that they do and it shows. They work hard and are easy to talk to throughout projects. They are agile and will work with you if there is a change in scope. I still have a second project waiting on materials and can't wait to see how well they do there as well. I'll be using Jofmar for any work I need in the future and if I could put them on retainer, I would. Attached are some shots of the work they did for my garden walls."

"I contacted Superior Power Washing to quote, and ultimately replace, rotting trim on the roof of my house. The quotation was fast as well as getting a crew out to the house to do the work. When the arrived the set to work and efficiently got the work down and it was done extremely well using PVC products to prevent future rot. After they left I noticed the gutters and roof were not cleaned as expected based on the quotation. I contacted Mark and a crew was out to my house less than 24 hours after my email. Not only did they blow the roof off, the collected all the debris and moved it to my natural area and hosed off my car which had some debris from the cleaning. Maybe this is normal? But the two-three companies I have hired have never gone through this amount of effort...Bottom line, good prices, efficient and quality work, and they did everything to make me call back in the future."

"After he finished the job, I saw that the pipe was broken, and they didn't complete the job. I called them immediately, they apologized, and said that someone will call me back but I never got a call back and I never got a resolution. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."

"Our yard improvement was a total disappointment. The VP of the company came out to review the job in person. We were looking to add sprinklers to our backyard and aerate and seed our lawn. The review of the job was well presented with a good plan. The job was scheduled to be complete in 1 1/2 days. All seemed good. When the installation crew arrived, they had a completely different plan. They pretty much did whatever was easiest for them. In doing so, they damaged so many areas of the existing system that it was no longer operational. They damaged our septic system and tried to cover it up. The septic area was not marked but the original plan stayed away from that system. All work was done in sloppy manner. Clean up almost non-existent. The seeding was terrible. I have great big bare spots. When they completed the job 30 days later. I asked them to test the system and of course it didn’t even work. They had to rerun wire they had cut. This job was a disaster. Management didn’t care."

"Here is your warning before calling Bud Matthews…let’s start at the beginning. The first part of June, I called for an appointment for them to look at a clogged toiled in our half bathroom downstairs. They came out on June 14 and unclogged the line going to the city tap in. Well, same thing happened again. At that point it was affecting our kitchen sink. Every time we would run water in our kitchen sink the toilet would overflow. So they came on June 25 and ran a snake and camera to see what was going on. June 26th the manager came out and determined that a PVC pipe outside the house was the source of the problem. They said that although this pipe was going downhill it had a little “belly” and needed to be dug up and replaced. They came back and completed the job on July 2nd. That alone was $2750.00. I was very thankful that they had what I thought fixed the issue…I was wrong. About 1-2 weeks later guess what, we had the same issue as the beginning. Once again, we called them and they couldn’t come for 4 days. We had to deal with our toilet overflowing every time we washed a dish in our kitchen sink until they could come. They came back out on July 18th and determined it was a flapper inside the pipe that was not opening. This was not the same place that was previously repaired. Keep in mind, I had already paid them $2750.00 to fix this same problem. Once they opened the flapper, the toilet and sink were working, but they advised us we would need to replace the flapper and they would replace the flapper that afternoon or the next day. Well, that never happened, we never got a call or anything. Remember July 18th, they determined it was the flapper. I called multiple times to see why the flapper hadn’t been replaced and when it would be replaced. On the 3rd phone call, they said the wrong part came in (which is understandable, mistakes do happen) and that they would be out later in the week to fix. They did not come back until August 16th to install the flapper. Everything works fine now, but now I have a $461.00 invoice for a plumber service call and labor fee. Sounds like I was charged to replace pipe that didn’t need to be replaced, since that didn’t actually fix the issue."

"Avoid this business. They have terrible follow-up, customer service, and owners. They are very unprofessional, insulting and condescending. They care only about getting their money. As examples, I asked them what they would do about my gutter guards 5 weeks before they were supposed to replace my roof, and they didn't respond. Then the week they were supposed to do the work they sent a document that said they aren't responsible for removing, reinstalling or replacing gutter guards with the disclaimer of course that they wouldn't be responsible for any damage. Their document also wanted me to inform them of any concerns in writing, before they did their work, I did. One thing I told them is that I have new grass in part of my lawn and also told them that they can access my entire house and yard, without walking on that area. Their response was: If the ground is soft and 10 people walk on it over one day it can get damaged. Their reply also insulted me by twice saying "It is really just common sense..." I told them to stay off of an area and they could get everywhere without walking on it, and rather than say "OK, we will certainly avoid it if we can, thanks for letting us know." they said what I posted above. One of the owners then called me and again was insulting. I reiterated the above, letting him know I was just doing what their document told me, and he said "Yep, that is just common sense" and started just saying "Sensitive people..." as if I was being an idiot. I say: don't walk on this area of my lawn and He says: if people walk on it it will get damages, that's just common sense. And of course he then let me know that they'd be billing me for 10% of the total cost (which I figured, because it is in the signed proposal) and if I didn't, they'd turn me over to collections. I asked why they didn't get back to me about my gutter guards when I asked. He deflected that and said something non-sensical. Avoid them at all costs. I will pay the 10% and sleep better knowing I don't have an uncaring, unprofessional company working on my house. If I could leave a ZERO start review, I would."
