"I contacted Infinity Exteriors after a small leak appeared in our ~25 year old roof during a recent rain storm. Their representative, Ricky, arrived within 2 days to evaluate the situation and, after a thorough examination of both the exterior and interior structure of the roof, gave me the option to either patch the area causing the leak, together with another area with distorted shingles, or to replace the roof entirely. Given the age of the roof, I elected to proceed with the whole roof replacement and also had them install new gutter guards which I had been planning to replace in any case. Since I had an active leak, the roof replacement was scheduled for less than than 2 weeks after the initial contact. The entire process was very impressive. The roofing crew arrived as expected at 7:00 AM and immediately got to work, the dumpster and materials arrived within the next 2 hours, the original roof was stripped soon after noon. Several roof boards were replaced, a new water diverting "cricket" built above the chimney, new shingles and new chimney flashing installed and the work site thoroughly cleaned up by 8:00 PM the same day. I observed an outstanding work ethic from everyone on the crew. Gutter Guards were installed a few days later in a process that took less than 2 hours and a final inspection took place the day after that. Communication by phone and email throughout the entire process with both Ricky and the Project Manager, Jim, was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Exteriors and would definitely use them again."

"Kelly in the office is great. She got everything setup for me. Everyone arrived on time and worked for two days through cold/rainy weather. The workers were very professional, friendly and made sure ask for my opinion where able (i.e. Which wood surface to show on posts - smooth or rough). They cleaned up everything when done. My only advice for improvement would be responding more attentively and quickly for estimates and quotes."

"After reviewing several roofing companies on Angi and elsewhere, as well as one family recommendation, we went with Seidel to have all the singles, underlying materials, and gutters replaced on our ~ 25 year old home. The first thing to know about this company is that Udo is a knowledgeable professional who is happy to answer any questions leading up to the job, and assist with things that can be challenging, like getting permits or working with HOAs. During the work he checked in multiple times and even supplied some photos of the roof while the crew was up there, to confirm boards were all OK. In short, he doesn't miss details and does a great job communicating throughout. We went with a higher grade of shingle and supporting materials, and so far (after 30+ days and several storms) the overall quality looks great. I don't anticipate any issues through the coming winter, but will update should anything warrant it. Can fully recommend Seidel and we are also likely to use them for a siding project, based on our positive experiences with the roof."

"The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. The initial visit from the remodeling consultant was very informative and detailed. He seemed to really care about my house, Unlike most roofing contractors who just try to make a quick sale. The install was a one day install for my 3300 sf roof. They also did an amazing job with there clean up process. I didn’t find a single nail in my yard unlike the last roof I got installed 14 years ago. "A&D replaced our parent's aged roof. Darek came a good distance to provide a free estimate. He explained thoroughly the work that his company would complete, as well as why it needed to be done. He offered material options and encouraged us to seek additional estimates for comparison purposes. A&D was extremely responsive with followup communication. When reaching out with questions, their response time to our inquiries was extremely fast. A&D followed through on all of their promises. A large work crew showed up on time and completed a complete tear off, down to the rafters, installed sheathing, ice & water shield (72 in.), all underlayments and shingles.
