Once they got the money, everything changed. Joe arrived with a smaller truck already filled with personal items, refused to take all my belongings unless I paid more, and made sexist, aggressive comments. He gave me no contract, no receipt, and threatened to cancel the move. The next day he returned my items and promised a refund ? but never gave back a penny. Now they?re demanding even more money and threatening collections. Their office is in Colombia, outside the U.S., and they are illegally operating without proper documentation. This company took donation money meant to help a DV survivor and kept it without doing the job. Filing complaints with authorities is my only option now. Be warned they are dishonest, unethical, and dangerous."
