"We were in big trouble when our septic pumping system stopped working and backed up into the cellar. The waste water shorted out our water tank so we had no water, no septic and no plumber that would go down there to fix it. Pure Cleaning Solutions came the next Monday and spent the entire day disinfecting the area. We are so grateful to Nick for his help as we can now get a plumber to fix the water tank and get back to normal. Thank you!"

I would?ve been fine with some overcharges if the job had been done in a timely manner, but at times it wasn?t. When asking if they were on their way one evening after a night snow they never responded to me, but did come and plow soon after. The following year I sent them an email when my spouse and I both got laid off and they also didn?t bother to respond. Shortly after that, it snowed and I was charged for plows, long after I had canceled?but yet my driveway hadn?t even done! So that confirmed my suspicions. When I emailed them back again, there was also no response. No apology or anything. Lack of communication and bad track of plowing. Beware!!"

The whole team was communicative and engaged from the start of making the appointment to the end and follow-up. As a new home buyer I was sad to find out that the previous home owners had not been diligent in upkeep of the main flue, McBrian’s Flue & Fire went above and beyond to physically show me the issue, have a resolution and on top of it all gave us a great price break to get it done. They stayed extra time afterwards to walk me through using both our wood burning stove and our pellet burning stove and tested both appliances to ensure they were in working condition. They cleaned up, were efficient and I will 100% recommend their service. Especially after finding out the other business in town couldn’t come assess the new home for over 9 weeks… McBriens came out within 4 days of me reaching out!! I plan to hire them again for our other residence in the spring! "
