He is straightforward and honest - a plain talker who doesn't try to upsell services, or conceal additional charges. Theresa does all things paperwork, and is a delight to deal with. All of the movers that we've encountered have been REALLY hardworking, polite, professional - and seem to genuinely love their jobs. Our two movers this time, Matty and AJ (I think that was their names) were great! Fast and efficient, worked well together, and were extremely respectful of our property. They check in with you twice before your move and give you everything you need to know in anticipation of the move date. I had 4 guys move my convertible studio to my new apartment within an 1 hr and 30 min (from Pilsen to West Town). Demitri and his team were really easy to work with and moved everything without any damages. My large flat screen, full length mirror, and super heavy couch were no problem for them. Nothing was lost or stolen and they were incredibly efficient. It made my move headache free, I am really happy with the service and will use them in the future!"

"This is the reason I joined Angies list, was to find great companies like Windy City Movers. On the day of the move they showed up a half hour early which was fine with me I was ready to get started. The two guys came up to see what all had to be moved, complimented me on how organized I was for the move, and got right to work. It took them about two hours to load and about the same to unload. <br /> They were both very professional, polite and hard workers. I treated them to lunch since they were working through the noon hour.
