"I had them to redo my whole roof 1.5 year ago and I found a piece of shingle fell off recently. I contacted the owner and they stood behind their work and promise. "Joe Manee came out to do the estimate for attic and crawl space cleaning for a small bungalow on the same property as the main house. There is only outside access to the attic, so no one ever goes up there unless there's a heating or A/C problem, and there is currently no one living there. Joe took lots of pictures which showed that animals had gotten into the attic, left seeds and droppings, and there was one old mouse carcass (yuck). The crawl space showed evidence that mice had gotten in. And there was one large pile of debris on a side roof near a downspout which apparently was raccoon droppings. Joe was such a pleasure to deal with! He gave me his honest opinions on what should be done to correct the problems. I really appreciated the time that he spent in answering all of my questions. Francisco and his team came out to do the work. They removed all debris and old insulation from the crawl space and attic. They vacuumed the attic and disinfected the attic and crawl space. They replaced a mesh screen that another company had installed (termite company) due to a prior problem of squirrels getting into the attic. Joe had noted that the other company had installed what looked to be regular window screen mesh instead of galvanized metal, and an animal (probably a raccoon) had torn right through it. Francisco and his team installed proper mesh, sprayed foam insulation where needed to seal air gaps and pipes (and some sections in the crawl space where there were cracks in the foundation mortar and you could see light coming in), installed baffles for proper air flow, and installed new R-30 insulation in the attic. And they removed the raccoon debris from the roof. Francisco showed me before and after pictures and kept me in the loop with what he was doing. He and his team were also a pleasure to deal with! I would hire Atticrawl again in a heartbeat!"

Gatsios knew their business very well and were able to answer our detailed questions, as we had interviewed many roofing companies before choosing them so we were extremely thorough with our vetting process. We removed the old roof, and replaced the entire roof including two skylights. The installers were professional and did good quality work. The entire project was completed in two days. "Once the job started in August, his workers arrived early each morning and worked hard all day. They were also responsive and professional in addressing our questions and concerns. During the week-long job, Vinny came to the house each day to show us pictures of the work in progress and to address any questions that arose. Upon our request, the workers even installed shingles on a Christmas stable we have in our garden! When the work was completed, the workers cleaned up and disposed of the related debris. We are happy with the results. It has rained hard a few times since the new roof was installed and my mother reports she no longer smells wet wood when it rains! I was out of town due to an illness in the family while Marvin and his crew completed installation of the new roof. Marvin refused to accept payment for the job from my wife. Marvin wanted my inspection and approval first! In addition,Marvin promptly and personally responded to every call. I have used Marvin and Alexander Home Improvement in the past and have recommended them to my friends. Alexander Home Improvement installed a new roof and insulated and sided the whole house. "Overall, an excellent experience. I called the phone number listed on Angies List, & the boss himself, Ryan, answered . [In fact, every time I called, Ryan answered the phone himself.] He came to give me an estimate, recommended the same thing several other roofers recommended, & gave me a reasonable price. We came to an agreement, & one morning the following week he arrived bright & early with his crew, started & finished the entire job in one day, & cleaned up nicely. Ryan may not be as polished as some other salesman, but if you just want your roof fixed quickly, neatly, efficiently & with a minimum of hassles, he's your man. My only reservation is that he did not respond to email, or messages left through Angies List - he subsequently told me that the best way to reach him is directly by phone."
