"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in."

He said that there are many ways to do anything, and that he always finds the best way. I agree. Tony works quietly, precisely, and effectively. He read the instruction manual and figured out how to solve installation challenges that were not mentioned in the documentation. He's obviously very experienced at all sorts of very useful work, and he doesn't take long to master the situation. The door works perfectly, and he affirmed that before leaving. He cleaned up the work area so that you couldn't tell anyone had been there with a drill and other tools. Our 3 cats are happy with the door. One mastered it right away and is showing the other two how to use it. The same night the door was installed, a wily raccoon appeared at nightfall and tried like crazy to push or pull the door open. Haha, Raccoon, we humans have finally outsmarted you! No microchip, no service!!!"

"From design to project completion, Arrow's team was excellent, keeping us informed, doing the work with great attention to detail and producing fine results on time. The first bathroom was a complete redesign and rebuild replacing a small tub with a built-in shower with frameless glass doors. The room was reconfigured with the linen closet door added to the hallway, saving space within the bathroom. This new bathroom is an extraordinarily modern and efficient design. The second bathroom was a major update preserving the features we wished to keep, but updating the floor, fixtures, cabinet, regrouting the shower tiles, etc. Central air conditioning including all duct work was also done during this project. Klod is excellent at designing solutions and coordinating his team to ensure that work is done efficiently without workers conflicting with each other. Arrow is a one stop solution for many different kinds of projects and I will definitely hire them in the future."

"Greg ROCKS!!! This was an emergency! I needed services rendered immediately as guests were coming and all else fell through. Greg called a day before and assured me that he would be at the house by 7:30 the morning of. Not only did he arrive on time, he went over and beyond to help me make it through! He installed a door, disassembled 2 queen beds and rails, put them out, assembled new queen beds, put up 3 tv's, and assisted me with so many other projects all at a great and fair price! "T. was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, and accommodating. I wanted a specific color (blue) to match trim on house.....that wasn't possible, nothing T. did. The paint was the trouble. T. was honest and offered options. We selected grey which T. painted himself. Very happy with the choice. He also completed the siding all the way down to where the doors are (not done by prior owners), and replaced damaged siding unrelated to door replacement. He worked meticulously.
