"I did a lot of research before I hired Capps to put a new roof on my home and my research paid off. From the first appointment to come out and give me a quote to the final payment when they were done I found Capps to be clear, concise, fair and professional. Although summer rains interrupted our installation, Capps worked around it the best they could. I asked them to work with me on some special issues (wanted to mount a weather apparatus on the roof and needed to coordinate with an electrician to run some cables when the roof decking was off). They were more than happy to oblige and to be honest it was a bit of an inconvenience for them. No one is sure why but some of the roofing material (that had been installed, then sat for a few days for rain to subside) didn't look right when they returned to the job. I was unaware at the time but they ripped off a large amount of material and replaced it. I certainly would never have known but it showed their integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend Capps for any roofing job if I was asked."

"I choose Hamilton Brothers to fix my leaking roof for the following reasons. 1) Quick to respond to my request to look at roof (under 2 hours from initial inquiry to time Patrick Hamilton was on the roof and giving me an estimate) 2) quick to repair the problem. "No Pressure Roof Cleaning got us scheduled quickly and did a great job. All plants were covered to protect from the cleaning solution. There was some browning at the outlet points for our gutters but this was explained when I made the initial call to set the appointment and then again when the service was performed. They sprayed the lawn down to limit the impact and the brown area is already looking much better."

"We had some minor leaks in our roof and had One Way Roofing come out to fix the leaks. In the process of repairing the roof , it became clear that it was time to replace the entire roof. The company rep showed us pictures of the deteriorating nails,underlayment and flashing but left the decision up to us. We decided to proceed and the company deducted the cost of the repairs from the total cost....which they did not have to do.  
   We were scheduled and the work began. While there were delays due to the unusual amount of rain this winter and spring, they made every effort to keep the project moving. This company has really good workers who know the latest,best methods for roofing and who are very skilled and proud of their work. Our rep was Patrick D. and he always took time to answer our questions and see that we were pleased with the job. The county inspector who did the final inspection said he could not find a single broken tile or other issue of any kind and that was very unusual for a job of this size.
  The roof is beautiful and far better than the original in terms of materials and workmanship. One Way Roofing stands behind their work and has high standards for customer satisfaction.  For example,one of their workers drove out long after the job was done to bring us some extra tiles. We did not even have to ask them to do this.
