"The staff were on time, very nice and professional. But when was told about cost I wasn’t told it was person first. Second I requested all the appliances be cleaned very well, the oven wasn’t touch nor the bottom drawer of my stove only the top was wiped down, not even the grease buildup on the sides was cleaned. One bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. Not sure if or with what they mopped with but it didn’t smell clean. So not fully a good experience!"
