The next day damaged fascia boards were repaired for gutter installation on the following workday. We now have no water in the basement when it rains and the home looks beautiful. "Tom and his crew were amazing! My roof was old and tired and had started leaking pretty badly. I met with 6 roofing companies in total to get estimates and have the roof tarped until I could get it replaced. Tom's estimate fell in the middle ground pricing wise, but I was comfortable with him from the start because he was professional, nice, knowledgeable and seemed to honestly want me to understand the problems and process. He took the time to sit down with me, show me pictures of my problem areas and explain the technicalities in layman's terms without making me feel like he was talking down to me. He was always prompt and responsive in our communications including any random questions that I had for him. The entire job only took them about 5 1/2 hours start to finish. Extremely neat crew with one guy that stayed on the ground with a magnet picking up every scrap and nail that hit the floor for the entire length of time they were here. "I contacted Roof Renew Pros after receiving a flier in the mail. I called and spoke to Barb who did a great job of explaining their unique process which is a wash and rinse method that does not use chlorine or any other harsh chemical products; nor is any high pressure washing done. She came and inspected the house and garage and provided a detailed description of what was found and a quote . I decided to have the roof and siding cleaned on both the house and the garage. The job result was fantastic! One person commented "Your siding looks new!". Barb was extremely helpful during the whole process and the crew was great---no mess or damage to plants at all! Several of our quotes were around the same price, but Tom who lives locally was able to convince me that they could do the job within a few days, as well as include all the things we wanted done in the price. Our roof was very professionally installed less than a week later. The workman carefully put up tarps to avoid throwing the old roof shingles on the flower beds. Besides just replacing the shingles and some plywood, he improved the ventilation and re-installed the insulation so that the roof could breath.
