"U-Need Concrete did an excellent job with the concrete slab they installed. I had a concrete slab poured for a detached garage that they graded my lot so the slab area was level with my existing driveway. I got a very high quality foundation for my building with 1 foot footers using rebar and concrete wire in all the other areas to insure it was a long lasting slab. They do not cut corners that would lower the quality of their work. They have great workmanship and attention to detail. Their prices were very fair and they are an honest stand up company. Remove popcorn from ceiling, interior paint throughout, re-finished wood cabinets (Paint), replaced some doors and some electrical work for new ceiling fans and some lights. We kept changing the scope of work (Prior to the work starting) and Joe was very accommodating with updating his proposal. We had zero changes as the work was performed. There were the typical punch list items which were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. We were out of state when the work was performed and Joe kept us up to date and sent along some images as the work progressed. Their pricing was fair and reasonable.
