I met with Luke at the beginning and we went through the entire project of the Homeowner’s Association I am President of. Luke was very easy to work with an took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and also pointed out things we had not thought of such as trimming limbs from lights. He took the time to provide an estimate and then had to revise it after the county inspected the project. I also met with numerous other companies regarding our project but the thoroughness and time took by Luke before the work even began was above and beyond. It took a few weeks for the county to get us inspected and our permit approved. However, within a week Hoyer’s Express Tree Service was on property and went right to work. There are numerous items that separate them from the other tree services I have worked with. When they say they will arrive at a certain time they are on site ready to work. They are a complete team and work together like a well-oiled machine. Every one of the men I came into contact with was very professional and polite and worked hard. The tackled our large job with precision, and expertise but also made sure the little things were not overlooked. From the largest tree they removed to the smallest nothing was overlooked. In the past I have had tree services leave huge messes but with Hoyer’s they left the area better than when they arrived.
