"Overall Dan was very professional, responsive and punctual. It is amazing when you have a vendor show up at the time promised! He was always at least 10 minutes before the promised time. Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. Dan and Tony fixed the issues once addressed with no complaints. "This is an interesting review for me to write, since there was a problem, a big one, but it turned out alright in the end. I chose this roofer due to great ratings, and lots of them, on Angies List. The company completed my skylight repair on time and without problems. Since I was happy with that project, and based on the result, I asked them to bid on the flat roof replacement. They did, and the contract for the flat roof was signed, along with a deposit. This was October of 2016. Then there was a serious issue, in that the job was not started when expected, and time passed and I got concerned about the deposit. I had a conversation with the owner, who explained that he had been taken advantage of by a new business partner. He provided many details that I will not present here. He said he would not let me down and would start my job as soon as he put his business back in order and regained full control of the company. I was not all that comfortable with this situation, but I looked up the company records on the Secretary of State website and his explanation was documented there. In January 2017 he called and said he was getting the business back in order. In February he called and was able to start and complete the job without further problems. I am very happy with the job and the white membrane roof already is making the patio much cooler. I see on Angies List as I write this that there have been a number of recent reviews with poor ratings that correspond with the period the business had problems. Prior to that there were hundreds of 'A' reviews (which is why I chose them to do the job). While the job was being done I had the opportunity to meet the owner, his crew, and members of his family. In my opinion, they are a well established family company with great capabilities that ran into a business reversal at the end of last year. They turned it around and met their commitment to me as soon as they were able. I would use them again and recommend them to others. And by the way if you have a flat roof on part of your house, when it comes time to replace it, you should check out the idea of a white membrane ('TPO') roof to keep the area underneath much cooler than a black asphalt roof."

"The Permit and engineering took a little longer than we wanted but the construction was on time and not disruptive to us. I had other companies in the past that left materials and debris all over the property and it was not very organized but this company was very good the kept everything neat and clean everyday. I will certainly recommend them to anyone."
