I had this absolutely gigantic tree in my front yard hanging over my roof that most likely had not been trimmed or had any care since the day it was planted 70 years ago. they did a truly amazing job and not a single branch hit my roof. "I needed to have damaged trees from hurricane Irma removed, and a large seagrape tree pruned. The crew showed up and within 30-45 minutes had removed several palm trees, pruned the large seagrape tree, and removed all the debris. They worked so efficiently and quickly, I was very impressed with how well the project went. What concerned me about this company was the customer service side. When Dell contacted me, he advised he could come by within an hour to give me an estimate. it was 3 hours later before he arrived. He advised that his crew could be there between 3-3:30 that day; it was after 5 pm when they arrived. One of my hurricane awnings was damaged during the debris removal, and Dell agreed to come out the next afternoon to make repairs. At 5 pm the next, Dell contacts me that he "forgot" to repair my awning, and I wasn't going to be available due to Christmas plans. Two days after the awning was damaged, I received texts from Dell of the repair made to the hurricane awning. As much as I value a contractor's time for projects, keeping my projects on a timeline is also just as important and timeliness is appreciated from a contractor. The work that was done was excellent, but the customer service side of things needs improvement."

"Robert came to the house 14 May and gave a very fair quote to trim a large black olive adjacent to power lines. Being quite busy I was scheduled 7 June. Despite the long lead time and copious rain the previous week the 8 man crew showed on the appointed day at 1100 having done an earlier job. Jorge and Santiago did great work in the buckets while Carlos and Martin handled things on the ground. Professional and efficient even with a break for lunch they finished between 1-1:30. The only reasons I give 4 instead of 5 stars was the soft turf was slight chewed where they used a creeper instead of a truck over a drainfield which really was beyond their control and quite a few pieces of debris similar to what is in the photo which considering the amount of material removed is understandable. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Alex and his coworker responded to my request for a bid very quickly. He came that afternoon to my home and gave me a reasonable estimate. We discussed the Lawn and what I wanted, the different sections, and the type of grass I wanted to use. We agreed and three days later he installed my sod. He and his coworker worked very cleanly and kept the area free from debris. They removed all my old Dead grass and weeds and replaced it with fresh new Floratam Sod. They worked all day installing several pallets. I would definitely use them again as reflected in my five star rating. Use this company, you will not be disappointed."
