Dave came out and went over the whole system with me, showed me how to use the controller, helped figure out the zones, showed me some things that needed fixed, explained which could be done on my own and which I should have a professional do. He did a great job and did some small repairs while he was there (he encouraged me to make use of the time I was paying for). While he did those repairs, he showed me the appropriate tools and was not at all frustrated when I was "that guy" hanging over his shoulder watching what he was doing. He was a few minutes early and I was not, he waited around until I arrived even though no one answered the door when he knocked. He was on time to the appointment. Because I called and set up the work order at a weird time of year, I expected to wait for an appointment, and while I did wait a little it wasn't exorbitant, and I got a call to set it up the same day that the appointment actually occurred. Knowing how to repair the sprinkler heads came in handy a few days later when my husband broke a couple (one we didn't even know was there) with the lawn mower)."
