"Timing was right for a new roof. I knew Triple S had been a local company for many years. I appreciated being able to find out more on their website, as well as Angie's List. Jeff, one of the partner owners, got back to me the same morning that I called. We were able to meet latter that same day. I find Jeff to be very polite, professional and knowledgable. He emailed the estimate to me the very next day. I felt that with a reputable company, I would get the right price for the right job. I opted for a complete re-roof with GAF architectural asphalt shingles, seamless gutters and the Rhino Gutter Guard. Jeff put me on the schedule and stayed true to that. The four man crew were also very polite and all business. They were very organized bringing material and equipment in and removing demo debris, and excellent at clean up. Overall, the experience was very positive and the finished job looks beautiful."

"Work was done quickly, they even showed up a day early. Roof was replaced in one day. Brick cracks repaired and sealed. Old gutters replaced with new slim version. All rubbish removed. They were very helpful and professional and returned my calls with no problem."

"Our homeowner's insurance company inspected our roof and claimed that it needed repair. We asked Brian of All Weather Guard to provide us an estimate. He inspected the roof and determined that the roof actually did not need repair and that any repair that the insurance company was expecting to have done would leave the roof in the same condition it was in. The insurance company needed proof of the assessment, so Brian wrote a letter for us stating his position that we forwarded to the insurance company. While Brian did not perform any physical work for the roof, he took the time to inspect it and write his findings on our behalf without charging us any fee. Though the case is still pending at the time of this evaluation, it doesn't matter. Brian provides what every consumer wants, an honest businessman who puts his customers first. He has been helpful right from the start. In the future if the roof ever needs repair, we will be calling Brian of All Weather Guard first to take a look."

Several of our quotes were around the same price, but Tom who lives locally was able to convince me that they could do the job within a few days, as well as include all the things we wanted done in the price. As I was uncomfortable picking a roof color without seeing the colors installed on a roof, Tom drove me around pointing out the colors I was choosing from.
