"Sometimes they try to do aerating , but I try to get it as cheap as I can off some sign off the street. They try to do liming, but I try to use another guy because it's the same price as seed, where I looked at home depot. His thing was aerate, reseed and fertilize. Well I don't need fertilizer, because I have a company that does it. One of the reasons I didn't get it done right away was, they couldn't come out, just after the treatment had been done. So we rescheduled and something else happened. They were supposed to come out, but they came out anyway, I wasn't home. It was just getting to be a pain in the butt. So that's what happened. It's less than $500 per year."
