"What a tremendous experience with a tremendous company! We needed a new roof but wanted to wait until this spring to have it installed. We had seen a BUCCOs truck in a nearby street and decided to check them out! All it took was one phone call to realize that this was a truly first class company-- PROFESSIONAL in all caps deserved! Everyone we encountered our Buccos Roofing experience shined in their gargantuan efforts to make sure that we were pleased! Amazing Sam Felicetti worked tirelessly with us to help us select exactly what we needed to protect and enhance our home. He listened to our life plans and helped us determine what improvements to make and which were unnecessary. He mailed a true sized shingle sample to us when we had trouble determining roofing color. Mike Davidson, our outstanding project manager, continued to astound us as he made sure we received lots of helpful information on what to expect and how best to prepare. Any question or concern was immediately addressed. Even on weekends! WHO does that?! Our install date was right on schedule! The crew of installers were expert, hard working and polite. When our bay window roof portions proved tricky, Mike decided to bring in a specialty team to complete that part of the installation. The roof & new skylight look great! This company cared for our home and property as if it were their own. Not a single hitch-- not a single negative. How often does that happen?! WOW!"

"The job went very well. I was surprised how fast a crew of 5-6 people could tear off the roof and put a new one on. We had some rain in the forecast for later in the day and I was a little concerned but they assured me that it would be watertight before any rain fell. To followup on the job, we just received a gift basket containing Lancaster County food products as a thank you for using their services, which was a nice touch on their part."

"Tony worked with us to get a free quote and then we signed contract the next day for them to do our roof. We were scheduled and he was in contact with us when they were delivering materials and when they were starting the job. The guys came to start the roof and they were really nice guys. Courteous and picked up after themselves. Yard was cleaned up when they were done and the metal roof is really nice looking. The guys worked hard in the hot weather and in the rain. They got everything done in just 3 days and we have a pretty big roof. They did excellent and told us to call if we have any problems at all. Awesome team and definitely would recommend them!! Price was in our range and I was quoted soooo much higher than them when I was shopping around for roof guys. So happy we got them!!"

"I couldn't be happier with my roofing experience after signing on with BMG Restoration, LLC. For the past four years I've been struggling with insurance and roofing companies after minor storm damage. But after a recent large wind/hail storm, I knew I would have to go through all the headache again. Luckily, Brian from BMG Restoration walked up my driveway at the right time. <br /> Brian explained the roofing process from beginning to end. He helped me understand the different technologies currently used on the market, and the reasoning why he chooses to use them. He pointed out areas where I could save money, after discovering that my insurance policy wasn't necessarily helpful with regards to my large deductible coupled with my (surprising) ACV policy. <br /> Once it became time to replace the roof, BMG's crew was punctual per the schedule that was set forth by Brian a week ahead. With Brian's continued communication, I never ran into any surprises. The crew did an excellent job installing the roof in one day. And the clean up was excellent too. With my dogs and 3-year-old running around in our yard, there is no concern of stray roofing material or nails. Brian does a follow up the next day to make sure everyone is satisfied, and to verify the roof and cleanup meets his expectations too. "Dan was on time for our first meeting and explained all aspects of the product as well as the install process. After making the decision to buy, he gave us an estimate for the install and it was actually installed earlier than estimated. The installers arrived at the estimated time. They did an excellent job. After the install was completed, they explained the operation of the unit until I was satisfied that I understood the operation. They then cleaned up and left. <br />"

"My home has a 100+ year old slate roof in disrepair and several generations of cheap fixes. I contacted Leeland's for an opinion on repairs. The inspector was extremely thorough, provided pictures, and gave me his candid opinion on the remaining life of my roof based on the condition of my slates and flashings. He ultimately wrote up an estimate to paint the rusted metal valleys, replace several dozen broken slates, repair rotted wood, and install new copper chimney flashing and a cricket. It was a difficult decision to repair vs replace the roof, but I never felt any pressure from them one way or another. I agreed to the repairs originally, but ultimately changed my mind and just decided to replace the roof. I'm sure this was a hassle to go back and forth with me, but they were very patient, and ultimately returned my deposit. I really appreciate their honesty and customer service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance on their slate roof. <br />"
